Stoving Enamel Paint is recommended for use on auto bodies of commercial vehicles, two wheelers, auto components and steel furniture.

Application:

• Application Conditions: Ambient temperature shall be above 10⁰C and relative humidity shall be below 85%. Adequate ventilation shall be provided in confined spaces
• Mixing: Stir well with mechanical stirrer before application
• Mixing ratio: Paint: 3 parts, Thinner : 1 parts (by volume)
• Application method: By air assisted spray gun
• Stoving schedule: Stoving schedule 120⁰ C (± 5⁰C) for 30 minutes
• Typical undercoat: Stoving Primer
• Shelf Life: 06 months from the date of mfg.

Surface Preparation :

• Surface to be coated should be completely clean, dry and free from contamination.
• Remove oil & grease with suitable solvent or detergent.
• Remove rust, mill scale and other loose material by wire mesh / abrasive blasting.

Performance Properties :

• Weathering - 400 hrs. (10% gloss reduction accepted)
• Salt Spray - passes 180 hours for total system
• Petrol - Diesel resistance - Passes
