Physical Properties:

Application:

• Application Conditions: Ambient temperature shall be above 10⁰C and relative humidity shall be below 85%. Adequate ventilation shall be provided in confined spaces
• Mixing: Stir each component with mechanical stirrer before mixing
• Mixing ratio: Paint: 2 parts, Hardner: 1 part , Thinner : 1 parts (by volume)
• Application method: By air assisted spray gun
• Pot Life: Minimum 4 hours at 30⁰C (Pot life may be reduced at higher temperature)
• Drying Time: Surface Dry - 20 to 30 minutes, Touch Dry - 3 to 4 hours, Over Coating - Minimum 8 hours
• Typical undercoat: Epoxy Primer

Surface Preparation:

• Surface to be coated should be completely clean, dry and free from contamination.
• Remove oil & grease with suitable solvent or detergent
• Remove rust, mill scale and other loose material by wire mesh / abrasive blasting

Shelf Life:

Base: 06 months; Hardner: 06 months from the date of mfg.
